    Is it too much trouble to take care of yourself?

Depression, and its fatigue, sadness and hopeless attitude, makes it really tough to take care of yourself. But, what exactly is depression?

Take the quiz and then let's go over the facts about depression.

  1. People who are depressed could snap out of it if they wanted to.
     
  2. Tiredness can be a sign of depression.
     
  3. Depression is often characterized by a sense of hopelessness and helplessness.
